It was chasidic of you to explain this. I have been hoping for the best, and when you criticize your friends, it helps them. There is a poem I like,

“I was angry with my foe;

—I told it not; my wrath did grow.

“I was angry with my friend;

—I told my friend; my wrath did end.”

Beautiful!

Just wondering if you've ever opened Rav Kahane's Perush HaMaccabi, or read The Jewish Idea.

Can’t say I have. It’s on the eventual list to read, but I have other stuff to start with.

I feel like haven’t actually read the article because my larger problem with their movement is the absolute rake stepping that they do and failure to actually capture any of the institutions.

Oh well… sacred cows will be sacred cows

Maybe what you should start thinking about is separating religion from state, as in the US.
